Flynt is a local Christchurch local who has been in the trade since he was 16 years old. Qualified at age 19, Flynt has been based in a variety of electrical sectors. From hydro stations on the Waikato river through to Wind farms in Palmerston, Auckland council switchboard inspections and reporting to residential Maintaince work.

Flynt has a passion for the trade and trade theory, and after working as a electrical engineering programme leader, managing some 13 educators at a private institute, he decided to once again start and run a small business.
